Troubleshooting
The app can't find my printer
Make sure your iPhone and the printer are on the same Wi-Fi network, then re-run the network scan.
My printer isn't supported
Inkless works with Epson ePOS-compatible thermal receipt printers connected over Wi-Fi.
Nothing prints / print is cut off
Check the paper, and confirm the printer stayed connected during the scan.
